SHIPPING

To return your product, mail your return to: 520 Folly Rd Ste 25, Unit 116, Charleston, SC 29412.

Once a shipping label is created and the item is at the facility, a period of 30 days must pass before issuing a refund for a "lost in transit" claim to verify that the item will not be delivered.

If an item is believed to have been stolen, it will be the responsibility of the receiver to make every effort to contact their local provider to locate the package.

If an item is returned to sender or undeliverable to an error on the buyer's part, a second shipment may be sent out at the cost of the shipping. A listing will be created and a new item will be sent out after it has been purchased.

If an item is marked "delivered" but has not been received, it is the responsibility of the receiver to make every effort to contact their local provider to locate the package. A new shipment may be sent out only after a non-delivery claim has been filed. It will be requested to use a new/different address to ship the replacement item to. If it is decided to ship to the same address the purchaser waives the right for a refund if the item is not received. Only 1 order reshipment will be sent. If the order is sent to a different address than the original and is still not received, a refund may be provided minus the cost of original shipping.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Cookies: Cookies do many jobs, like letting you navigate between pages efficiently, storing your preferences, and generally improving your experience on our Websites. Cookies make the interaction between you and the Websites faster and easier.

We use cookies to improve your user experience by enabling our Websites to 'remember' you, either for the duration of your visit (using a "session cookie") or for repeat visits (using a "persistent cookie"). Deviceful, LLC uses both session cookies and persistent cookies when you access our Websites. Session cookies expire and no longer affect when you log out of your account or close your browser. Persistent cookies remain on your browser until you erase them or they expire.

You may encounter cookies or pixel tags on websites we do not control. For example, if you view a web page created by a third party or use an application developed by a third party, a cookie or pixel tag may be placed by the web page or application. Likewise, these third parties may place cookies or pixel tags that are not subject to our control, and this Policy does not cover their use.

How Do I Disable Cookies? Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but if you prefer, you can edit your browser options to block them in the future. The Help portion of the toolbar on most browsers will tell you how to prevent your computer from accepting new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether. Visitors to our Websites who disable cookies will be able to browse certain areas of the Website, but some features may not function.

Web Beacons: We may use "web beacons" (electronic images also known as pixel tags or clear gifs) to recognize a cookie on your computer when you view or act upon a web page, an advertisement that we've placed on a third-party web page, or an email or other electronic communication that we've sent.
